Studio Session #2

Studio Session #2

Max Brown, senior Armourer at the Royal Opera House with over a decades experience, took time out of his busy, exciting schedule to join us for this second instalment of our Studio Sessions alongside London store manager Steven Atkins.

Effortlessly masculine, the Brent Jacket  brings refined contrast to warm weather dressing -  a lightweight and elegant contrast when layered over a simple vest and relaxed full legged Gurkha Shorts cut from a sturdy black twill.

#2

Well-worn Double Knees in Duck Cotton provide a grounded, utilitarian counterpoint to the crisp lightness of a fresh White Linen Frogged Button. It's a subtle combination built on a play of texture, tone and intention.

#3

A timeless look inspired by West Coast Ivy, our Summer Blouson pays homage to the iconic California jackets of the 1940's. Crafted for easy wearing at the first whisper of a breeze. A lightweight, textural layer, it pairs off nicely against the tonal combination of  a crisp OCD and chino shorts.

#4

Once again, the sun faded brown tones of Duck Cotton grounds an earthy Summer palette. In this instance anchored by the Hunting Vest, the quiet centrepiece of an unhurried day by the river.

#5

An Ivy Classic - a chocolate brown Sports Jacket, held down by a sharp collared poplin Western Shirta tonal college stripe tie, and a pair of dark denim. Embroidered Venetian slippers, worn sans socks, are a non negotiable.
