Shipping Information

Shipping Orders

We process and ship out orders Tuesday through Friday excluding public holidays.

Once shipped, you will receive an email from with all tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

Bryceland's & Co. UK Webstore ships from our London Chiltern St location. 

Order placed before 1pm will be shipped the same working day Tuesday-Friday. Order placed after will ship next working day.

All orders placed past 1pm on Friday and all orders over Saturday & Sunday will ship the following Tuesday as we are closed on Monday. 

United Kingdom

All domestic orders over £150 will be shipped via complimentary DPD Local Next Working Day Delivery before 12:00

(For some destinations within the United Kingdom with are a little further, such as Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands this can take 2 Days)

DPD Next Working Day: £6 (for all orders under £150) 


For all international shipments, we use a shipping partner to make payments, delivery, and pressings as easy as possible. This means that all prices will be shown in local currency, inclusive of VAT obligations and Import Duties where applicable. For countries where VAT is not collected, this will be removed from the price shown. 

This enables us to offer fast, efficient shipping and avoid any unnecessary customs delays; as well as allows the customer to pay in local currency (or currency of your choice), to a local bank and take advantage of any other alternative payment methods where available, such as Klarna. 

All international orders have the options for Express and Standard Shipping. 

We would always recommend the express shipping option where possible, which we have tried to make as cheap as possible for the best service available. 

The cost of International Shipping has greatly increased over the past few years, and we have tried to absorb as much of the cost where we can.

Taxes and duties:

For all international orders, especially those in the EU all items are shipped DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). This is built into the price shown on the website, and at checkout no additional fees are added, meaning the price shown is the price paid delivered to your door. 

Where applicable the local rate of VAT will be charged, this is not UK VAT, but the localised rate of VAT, which can differ from country to country. 

 Some countries may restrict the import of clothing and accessories depending on their policies, and any problems that may occur are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact the customs in advance to ensure safe shipping.

Track your order:

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during the Public Holidays.

Once your order has left the store, you will receive an email or message containing an air waybill number to track its progress online.

Return Shipping:

Upon request, we can create a returns label, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund total.

For all returns not shipping through us, we request that a fully tracked service is used to safeguard against lost or damaged items. We are not responsible for any returned items which are lost during shipping via any other method than those we offer.
